Bio

Chris is in his fourth year as the ADM Strength & Conditioning Coordinator. Coach Rupe has both collegiate and high school coaching experience that includes stops at Saint Cloud State University (MN), Bethany College (KS), and Waukee High School. During his time at each institution he has assisted in strength and conditioning as well as football. He will serve as an instructor in the Social Studies Department at ADM High School, as well as assistant varsity football coach. Chris currently lives in Adel with his wife, Kelsey, and two sons Everett and Eli.
